Ironman Training Log December 2007
December 1, 2007 – 90 minute run December 2, 2007 – 150 minute bike. 20 minute t-run December 3, 2007 – 55 minute Masters swim. 60 minute Pilates December 4, 2007 – 70 minute Computrainer bike. 30 minute run.
