Ironman Switzerland

Race date: July 13, 2008

This will be my fourth Ironman. Two weeks before my last Ironman in Brazil, I ruputured my L5/S1 disc. For some unknown reason, on race day May 29, 2005, I was able to complete that race. We will see if my back and the rest of my aging body can survive the training necessary to complete this race in Zurich, Switzerland.
