Ironman Training Log September 2007

Sept 1, 2007 – 75 minutes of running lesson. 60 minutes Cove swim.
Sept 2, 2007 – 30 minutes of running (first time since my Brazil IM in May 2005)  45 minutes Cove swim.
Sept 3, 2007 – 10 minutes of running. 50 minute Cove swim.
Sept 4, 2007 – 85 minute bike ride on La Jolla hills. 15 minute t-run. 35 minute Cove swim.

Sept 5, 2007 – 60 minutes of Pilates
Sept 6, 2007 – 30 minutes of running
Sept 7, 2007 – 35 minutes Cove swim. 60 minutes of Pilaties.
Sept 8, 2007 – 115 minute easy bike. 15 minute t-run.
Sept 9, 2007 – Attempted 3 mile Gatorman swim. Did not make it. Swam 80 minutes in rough water! Had another 20 minutes to go. The lifeguards pulled me out. I was very seasick.
Sept 10, 2007 – 30 minute run. 60 minutes of Pilates.
Sept 11, 2007 – 45 minute Cove swim.
Sept 12, 2007 – 90 minute bike ride. 60 minute Pilates.
Sept 13, 2007 – 30 minute run.
Sept 14, 2007 – 40 minute Cove swim. 60 minutes Pilates.
Sept 15, 2007 – 190 minute bike. 15 minute t-run.
Sept 16, 2007 – 90 minute running lesson.
Sept 17, 2007 – 50 minute Masters swim. 60 minute Pilates.
Sept 18, 2007 – 30 minute run.
Sept 19, 2007 – 80 minute La Jolla hills bike. 15 minute t-run. 60 minute Pilates.
Sept 20, 2007 – 50 minute swim. 30 minute run.
Sept 21, 2007 – 50 minute swim. 60 minutes of Pilates
Sept 22, 2007 – 40 minute run.
Sept 23, 2007 – La Jolla Cove 10 Mile Swim Relay (I did 4 of the 10 miles)
Sept 24, 2007 – 95 minute bike. 30 minute t-run. 60 minute Pilates.
Sept 25, 2007 – 30 minute run.
Sept 26, 2007 – 105 minute bike. 60 minute Pilates
Sept 27, 2007 – 30 minute Masters swim. 30 minute run.
Sept 28, 2007 – 40 minute Masters swim. 60 minutes Pilates.
Sept 29, 2007 – 105 minute bike. 15 minute t-run
Sept 30, 2007 – Mission Bay Triathlon – 500 meter swim, 9 mile bike, 5K run
